Lechko Brothers, founded in 1986, is a family owned business specializing in residential construction and subdivision development. With over 20 years of construction experience, Joe Lechko earned his Associates Degree from Cuyahoga Community College and engineering training from Akron University. Mike Lechko has domestic and international experience in mechanical design. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in business from Baldwin Wallace College.

Lechko Brothers Construction has constructed homes in Fawn Haven of Brunswick Hills, Boston Reserve of Brunswick Hills, Green Briar at River Valley in North Hampton, in Wallnut Creek and Rockefeller Estates in Strongsville; Royal Valley, Hunter's Creek and Chesapeake Estates in North Royalton; Black Forest and West Ridgewood in Parma; Lake Lucern in Canal Fulton; Riverwoods in Hinckley; and numerous single home sites across north east Ohio.
